Before You Arrive
Before Your Shoot
We can't wait to welcome you to the Penthouse. To help every production run smoothly and to keep the space looking its best, please take a moment to read the information below before your booking.
Respecting the Space
The Penthouse is both a professional shoot location and a private home. We simply ask that all guests treat the property, furniture and décor with the same care and respect they would expect in their own home.
Furniture & Props
Many of our furnishings and props can be repositioned to suit your production. Please return everything to its original location before you leave, or arrange this with us in advance if your shoot requires a larger reset.
Music & Noise
You're very welcome to play music during your booking. However, as the Penthouse is located within a residential building, we kindly ask that noise is kept to a considerate level throughout your shoot.
Crew Size
Please ensure your booking reflects the maximum number of people attending. If your crew size changes before your shoot, simply let us know so we can update your booking.
Overtime
If your production runs beyond the agreed booking time, additional hire will be charged at the applicable hourly rate, subject to availability. Please let us know at least 1 hour in advance if you think you'll need extra time.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the Penthouse. If anyone in your team wishes to smoke, please use the designated outdoor area and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Food & Drink
Food and drinks are welcome. We simply ask that reasonable care is taken around furnishings, fabrics and specialist props, and that all rubbish is bagged before departure.
The Hot Tub
The rooftop hot tub is available as part of your booking where agreed. If you intend to use it, please mention this when booking so we can ensure it's prepared for your shoot. A shower beforehand is absolutely mandatory using shower gel to remove any lotions or oils.
Resident Cats
Our friendly resident cats are part of the Penthouse family. They're used to film crews and often like to supervise productions! If your shoot requires no cats I'm afraid this will not be possible, though we are able to keep them out of the room you're shooting in at the time by closing doors etc.
Before You Leave
Before departing, please ensure:
✓ Furniture has been returned to its original position
✓ Props have been replaced carefully
✓ Rubbish has been bagged
✓ Personal belongings have been collected
✓ AC and lights switched off
